The book includes many techniques and flowers, including bullion stitch and needle weaving.  This is a great book if you are working on Edmar kits.

Overall I find the stitch illustrations unclear and more difficult to understand then most books on the subject.  However it does have some cute little fantasy flowers and the needle woven flowers are beautiful.  This book is good but wouldn't be my first suggestion for learning dimensional embroidery.
